The team at SmartJobBoard is constantly improving their product suite. They seem to launch something new quarterly and are still the best game in town for job board software.
They recently announced an integration with Appcast that make it easier for job board owners to populate their job database with full listings direct from the Appcast feed.
Basically they setup a default Auto-Import feed and all you need to do is set your keywords and activate the feed. You can have thousands of jobs instantly.
