Remote Developer Job Site Crowdfunds $1 Million
Arc was previously an exclusive platform that connected only pre-vetted Arc network developers with organizations seeking to hire them. Last week, the startup announced the addition of global job search functionality where users can aggregate more than 54,000 developer jobs from more than 13,000 companies hiring remotely around the web. They also crowdfunded a million dollars from the community.
Rental Workforce Job Board Launches
The new ARA Job Board is a resource for introducing the rental industry to qualified job seekers and offering ARA members a new avenue to attract qualified candidates to their locations.
The American Rental Association (ARA) has debuted the new ARA Job Board, which aims to both increase awareness of the equipment and event rental industry careers and provide a way for employers and qualified candidates to connect.
ARA rental store members and employers can access the job board through their existing account on ARArental.org, while job seekers can find a link on ARArentalworks.com, a microsite designed for those looking to learn more about rental industry careers.
Job Board for Creatives GetsFunding
Creatively, a job platform for creative professionals, has secured a $5 million seed round led by Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Link Ventures. Creatively will use the new round of financing primarily to expand its product and engineering team as well as its data capabilities.

Creatively – cofounded by alice+olivia CEO Stacey Bendet – launched amid the pandemic on May 5, 2020. The company, led by Gittrich and Chief Product Officer Joe Indriolo, also a co-founder, provides creatives across disciplines and industries with free, immersive tools to showcase their portfolios, network, and find jobs.
