If your job board has a resume database, it’s a good idea to remind those candidates that they should update it from time to time.
I recently saw this email reminder sent out to Jobs in The US users and its a great example of how to remind your seekers.
It gives them a reason to update it (more employers are searching) and it gives them step by step instructions on how to update it. You need to tell the seeker exactly what to do.
So if you have resumes dont let them get stale. Constantly remind them to keep their data up-to-date.
