Recently on Facebook I decided to look for job related hashtags to find leads for one of my clients. In this case I am looking for people posting #javajobs – once found, I simply write a short personalized comment and provide a link. Give something like this a try. It may or may or may not payoff, but it’s worth a shot to keep your leads coming in.
