These are great domains in bad job markets. Your best bet would be to setup a WordPress job board theme and give away postings for free for 6 months – 1 year in order to attract employers. Build up your email list and begin to create job content around those countries.
Free postings will help you gain traction and getting some google ranking.
Every job board owner needs to become an Internet Marketer, specifically you need to get good at the following.
1) SEO – people have to be able to find your site. If you are invisible in Google then you don’t exist. Get back-links.
2) Maximize your use of social media: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, G+
3) Candidates – if employers / recruiters are going to advertise they must get a response from their job posting. Advertise initially to get candidate traffic.
4) Good content on your board and it must look professional.
5) Cold Calling. Use the other job boards to see who’s hiring. Call them.
6) Email marketing. Collect emails and build your list. Email them regularly with latest jobs and advice.
7) Publish jobs on aggregators. I’m not sure what aggregators cover those countries but there are a few global ones online like Mitula.
