I recently discovered Thejobist.com a new crowd sourced directory for job boards. I like it because its simple and you can add your own. I added one of my sites on Dec 19th so Im not sure how long it takes for them to list you but it looks like a nice backlink to have. If you run a job board you should constantly be seeking backlinks.
