A few words of wisdom…
When you are starting to build your job board the first question you need to ask yourself is..is my site different?
Is it different from your competitors? Is it unique? Does it stand out? Why should an employer/job seeker use it over another site?
If you cant come up with a good answer then you need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a more compelling reason that your sites exists. Otherwise it will become just another job board.
