I wrote a post on RecruiitngBlogs yesterday about how crappy jobs are getting on our old friend Craigs site. It got me thinking about free job boards. I have one called GreenJobsFree.com which I started almost 2 years ago. Its grown into a small niche board that I use to attract original jobs.
But my #1 problem running it is the amount of spam postings I must reject on a weekly basis. Each week I have to fend off 10-15 postings for Work at Home jobs selling wellness products and other MLM schemes. Thankfully most sofware admin sends me an email and I can quickly reject it.
So if you are about to go free, beware the scammers. They are everywhere. People from india and pakistan love to spam job boards.
