Key Responsibilities:
- Actively reaching out to potential employers and engaging existing ones to introduce and sell job posting packages.
- Crafting tailored package deal proposals and creating targeted email cadences.
- Developing necessary marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Helping to close deals with associations.
Future Growth: The position offers a clear path for progression, with potential to evolve into the VP of Sales role, involving responsibilities such as hiring and training additional sales reps.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in job board sales, specifically dealing with employer sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of the job board market, including competitor analysis, pricing structures, ad agency discounts, and job board marketing strategies.
- A college degree is required.
