I asked the founder of Smart Job Board to come on my Youtube show and demo some of their new AI features. The new AI functionality will come at an additional cost for those clients who want it. Apparently running AI like this costs money, which is why they are charging for it.
Eventually most job boards will likely offer this kind of matching so I expect more software vendors to hop on this trend. Matching jobs to resumes is the perfect use case for A.I.
