I recently found out about Earnbetter.com a new kind of job search tool that picked up $4.5 million in funding. It features AI resume tools and has backfilled millions of jobs from agency partners. These kinds of platforms are rare when it comes to funding because job seekers don’t like to pay for anything.
It remains to be seen if they can make money, but their impressive list of VCs thinks so.
