There are a number of mobile job apps in the app stores these days. But I have seen few if any niche job board ones. A new board called BeerWork has launched their own apps. Most job boards are mobile friendly but having an actual app is good for attracting additional job seekers. It is expensive however to build and support mobile apps on two platforms do beware of that before you dive in to development.
