Employer branding is more important than ever to companies so I was elated to see that my favorite job board software is making it easier for employers on its platform to showcase it.
Companies can now add cover images and make their company pages more visual. Job boards should promote these types of features to their clients and help them help themselves when it comes to employer branding. I would go a step farther and say you should proactive go in and help them setup their profiles to maximize their branding.
