The CEO of Hireclix, a recruitment marketing had good things to say about niche boards recently. In an article on SHRM Neil Costa said this;
“I do think the niche job boards still provide good value for the markets they serve. They are still important. Dice and ClearanceJobs are good examples of that. I think it’s more likely that the generalist job boards are susceptible to being scooped up in an acquisition since they struggle to differentiate themselves and have to battle for purchasing expensive traffic to get unique job seekers.”

Warren County employers and jobseekers now have a new job search tool that connects residents with local employment opportunities. The Warren County Community and Economic Development has launched an online job board for employment and internship opportunities from Warren County employers. This service is free for both employers and job seekers.
The job board allows employers to register and post openings for jobs and internships in Warren County. Each posting will direct job seekers directly back to the employer to begin the application process. Warren County Community and Economic Development will continue to advertise the job board as a local resource.
