I know a lot of you are not writers and struggle with content creation but accepting guest posts can be a source of free original content if you ask for it.
There are thousands of marketing & SEO agencies out in the world who employ an army of freelance writers to help promote their clients. many times they are simple looking to guest post in exchange for a backlink.
So the idea is simple put a page up declaring your job board accepts guest posts and give people a chance to submit an idea for one. They will FIND you!
Just be sure to set some rules and guidelines for the kind of content you want. I’d suggest it must be related to your niche or at the very least, job hunting. It needs to provide some kind of value to your audience. DONT accept everything, quality is something many of these guest posts aren’t good at.
Also insist that it must be ORIGINAL content and let them only include 1 backlink to their client.
You may have to sift through the good submissions but this can be a good tactic from augmenting your existing content efforts. I like to get content from people in the industry (HR or recruiting) so put your Editor hat on and demand quality posts from these guest writers.
