If you run a job board you should too. The quickest way to do that is through TopResume. Simply sign up as an affiliate then embed their banners and like from their dashboard after you have been approved. You can make $1 per lead and a percentage of the sale if the job seeker buys a resume from them.
Other resume affiliate programs are out there, you can check companies like CJ.com to find them.
Or find your own resume writers and strike a deal with them. Perhaps they would be willing to pay you for leads for seekers who need a resume redone.
Resume services are a natural product for any job board and if you aren’t offering some form of resume service you are losing out on revenue. So take a page form Indeed’s playbook and do likewise.
