Beeya is a meta – search engine for jobs that uses AI and Machine Learning to provide job seekers with accurate matches to open job listings. If a user makes a free account and uploads their resume, Beeya’s AI will instantly provide the job seeker with accurate matches to any job listing in the system.
Beeya saves a user time by bringing all jobs to one place, filtering out repeat and old listings, and telling a user exactly what jobs to apply for.
What problem does Beeya solve?
Finding a job has become an online game of typing in the right key words. Both employers and employees know this system doesn’t work, so employers resort to hiring referrals. This leaves an entire group of people without privilege and connections the ability to get in front of hiring managers. Beeya evens the playing field for job seekers by taking the bias out of job searching. By using AI and Machine Learning, Beeya is able to provide accurate match scores to tell both job seekers and employers which candidates and opportunities they are best suited for. Finding a job should be based on merit alone, not gender, race or socio-economic background.
Why is this feature important for job boards?
The world is moving toward AI and whether we like it or not, everything will have some sort of AI aspect. This feature was originally made with the intention of employers using the matching feature. The AI matching would allow employers to quickly sift through applicants and know who to bring in for an interview. Job boards could charge employers extra to have access to this feature.
Why are we interested in selling?
Our current B2C model is difficult to scale simply because we are resource constrained. We want to see our AI actually being used and creating impact in the market. Selling our technology to a bigger company that has the resources and capital allows us to see that happen.
