Send them your daily feed of your jobs and jobseekers.
- They will create daily behavioral job alerts for your jobseekers with up to 3 of your jobs at the top positions at no cost to you.
- They will then match our backfill jobs to the search criteria of your jobseekers.
- Their jobs are comprehensive in scope, geography and number.
They claim their strict behavioral matching algorithms closely align results to jobseekers keyword searches which will evolve over time based upon crowdsourced results. I have never used FBG but they have been in the industry for a while. Adam Berkowitz, formerly of Beyond/Nexxt, is now repping them.
