Back in February I wrote about my new niche job board Jobs With Remote. It had a couple thousand visitors and had just starting picking up traffic from Google Jobs. This is an update to that post.
TRAFFIC
The site is picking up steam and should hit nearly 5,000 monthly visitors and 9,000 page views for the month of March with 7 more days left in the month. After backfilling with a feed of remote job listings from Jobg8, the Google Jobs traffic has really picked up. Originally I had listings from my.jobs as the backfill but those jobs have already been indexed by Google so i wasn’t getting much traffic from them. The fact that the jobs from Jobg8 come strictly from job boards has enabled me to pick up more traffic because many of those jobs come from sites which aren’t listed on Google Jobs.
REVENUE
So far Adense for March is at $31.78 and Backfill earnings are $74.75 from Jobg8 and $9.08 from ZipRecruiter. Both of them are backfill partners. That brings total revenue of $115.61 so far for March. I recently turned on paid job postings but have not received any paid jobs as of now. I suspect I might pick up one or two in the next 60 days.
I spend zero time marketing this site so I am pleased with the results thus far. I think it could hit 10,000 monthly vistors by the end of the year if the current pace keeps up.
