I havent written about new ideas lately so here is my latest one. I like to put them out there for premium members. Feel free to take this idea and make it your own.
Its not a job board but its something that just popped into my head the other day.
I call it:
Basically its a site that lets people share their excitement in getting a new job. So the user could login with facebook or twitter, write a quick summary of what their new job is, how they got it and give any advice to other job seekers.
Then they can submit to the website and share it among their networks on facebook and twitter to drive traffic to it.
How it makes money is another matter however. Obviously adsense is the easiest way. You could offer a version of indeed or simplyhired on it through their API and make a little $$ on backfill but thats about it.
I think its a neat idea that would get some traction – traffic. And once you have traffic you can figure out a way to monetize later.
