Startup company, Sign-On Jobs (http://signonjobs.com), has officially launched their job board website that specifically targets jobs with sign-on bonuses for new hires. The niche job board wants to give job seekers the benefit in knowing every application submitted through SignOnJobs.com comes with a guaranteed sign-on bonus. The site is currently in Beta and is gaining momentum with sign-ups every day.
Although its a nice design, I dont see how this qualifies as a niche. By targeting jobs that offer sign-on bonuses it will be difficult to attract job seekers since many industries offer them. It crosses a broad spectrum of companies from Wall St to Healthcare. Sometimes you can go to far with a niche. This could be one of them…
