Some of you newbies dont know what backfill for job boards is so I thought I would define it for ‘ya.
A. Backfilling means using other job sources like Indeed or ZipRecruiter to pre-populate your own job board. These backfill options allow you to earn small amounts (typically .02. to .10 cents) if people click on those jobs from your site. I am currently earning 10-11 cents from being a part of the ZipRecruiter publisher program which you can find here. With backfill you only get the result snippet. The job titles link directly off your site to where that job originates from.
