I recently swapped job board software for AudioJobs.com from Jobamatic to Jobroller {http://www.appthemes.com/themes/jobroller/} which is a wordpress job board software plugin. It was a farly painless process setting it up. Took probaly an hour or so. First you have to install wordpress in your root domain then install the Jobroller zip file via the wordpress admin. It comes with instructions which worked perfectly for me.
Jobroller is not a beginner software. If you dont have some knowlege of wordpress and are not comfortable with tweaking code snippets, this is not the software for you.
The site itself is very clean and comes with resumes and the ability to create multiple job packs for purchase by employers. It also integrates with indeed.com for backfill. But that is a tricky part. You have to specify what you are backfilling via this form in a specific format. But getting it to work for specific job titles has proved difficult to understand at first. You can specify either keyword or zip code for basic backfill options. There is a space to enter your publisher ID to get proper credit as an indeed affiliate. It also takes a few minutes for any changes to the backfill to actually start working. Why its not more immediate I’m not sure.

Setup your queries and category mappings to pull in Indeed.com job listings. Each query must be in the following format:
keyword|limit|country|job type|post to job category (slug).
Example (10 Full-Time Web Design Jobs in the UK posted to your existing JobRoller category called design):
Web Designer|10|GB|fulltime|design
Its still early in the game. As I write this I am only 2 days into the software so I dont know how seo friendly it is or even if everything works properly. BTW…employers pay through Paypal only. But I like the software. Its only $99 bucks so its dirt cheap!
