I came across a new job board for PR professionals that caught my eye for its unique design.
As you know I am a stickler for good job board design. It is so important to have a professional looking website. Otherwise it will cost you sales!
When I saw Hoojobs.com I immediately gravitated towards it. If I were an employer, I would have been inspired to at least try it, despite its $299 posting price.
The above screenshot shows a great looking job description. It is simple, clean, easy to use page. The only thing I would change would be the page background. That champagne colored background makes the text a bit hard to read.
I really love the simple APPLY form to the right. The share links to social media light up in blue as you mouse over them. Overall the page is so uncluttered that it makes for a great user experience. Kudos to whoever designed this site.
It appears to be a home grown platform and not some kind of job board software.
