Chris, you said they are putting up barriers by forcing employers to login. Isn’t that what you do with http://jobs.fairfieldcountyjobs.com?
What is the alternative? Do you have examples where a login is not required?
david, on my sites you dont have to register in order to view jobs or see pricing…logging in is just an option. You do have to register if you want to post a job or upload a resume.
