Work for Me is a job board for Hiring Managers exclusively.
It lets hiring managers create a personal profile and post jobs. It allows them to submit a video testimonial explaining why you should go work for them.
With the advent of so much video these days perhaps a site like this would be unique and catch on. I could see a lot of SMB owners using it. And hiring managers from corporations as a way to get around traditional recruiters and take their hiring needs direct to people.
Just a thought.
